We can help you think through timing, layouts, spaces, and all the different ways your celebration could unfold throughout the property. Sometimes all it takes is someone saying, “Imagine this beneath the trees,” to help the whole vision come together.

Soirée was designed to feel complete on its own, with picture worthy spaces throughout the property. Bring in florals, rentals, candles, color, and the details that feel like you, and the property simply becomes the backdrop for something even more personal.

You can scroll through photos, save inspiration, and picture your celebration a hundred different ways, but choosing the place where it will all happen can still feel hard to imagine through a screen.

That is one of our favorite things about welcoming people to Soirée. The property photographs beautifully, but once you are standing beneath the oaks, walking from one gathering space to the next, and experiencing the peacefulness of the land for yourself, something tends to click.

Photographers and creatives can make the most of Soirée’s unique spaces, from the Greenhouse and Chapel to the oak covered grounds and thoughtfully designed gathering areas. With so many different backdrops in one place, there is room to create something that feels completely your own.

Soirée can host gatherings of up to 100 guests. Traditional indoor celebrations with dining tables and displays are typically most comfortable around 75 guests, while ceremonies and simplified seating layouts may accommodate more indoors.

Our 100 guest maximum is intentional, allowing us to comfortably accommodate your celebration within our covered pavilion should the weather have other plans. We’ll help you choose the layout that makes the most sense for your gathering.

Yes. Tables and chairs are included with your Soirée rental, with multiple styles and finishes available to help complement your celebration. Our collection includes different chair options, round and rectangular tables in multiple sizes, wooden tables, and additional tables for displays, desserts, gifts, or other event needs.

We’ll work with you to choose the pieces and layout that best fit your guest count, style, and the way you plan to use the space.

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own food or choose the caterer that feels right for your gathering. We also offer a thoughtfully vetted preferred vendor list filled with caterers we know, trust, and are familiar with the Soirée property.

No. Although we definitely have our favorites, our preferred vendor list is simply a thoughtfully curated collection of professionals we know, trust, and feel confident recommending. You are still welcome to bring your own photographer, florist, DJ, coordinator, rentals, and other event professionals.

Catering and bar service are handled a little differently. Outside caterers are welcome with prior approval and an Outside Caterer Coordination Fee, while any alcohol served at Soirée must be handled through one of our in house bar experiences and approved bartenders.

Yes. You provide the alcohol, and we’ll help take care of the rest. If alcohol is served at Soirée in any capacity, it must be served by one of our Soirée approved, TABC certified bartenders through an in house bar experience.

We’ll help you choose your selections, calculate quantities based on your guest count and service time, and coordinate the details so you know exactly what to purchase. From beer and wine to signature cocktails, your bar experience can be tailored to fit your celebration.

Indoor use means your celebration is primarily set and hosted within our indoor gathering space. You and your guests are still welcome to enjoy the grounds, step outside, and take photos throughout the property.

Indoor plus outdoor use allows more of Soirée to become an intentional part of your event, with seating, dining, displays, entertainment, or other setups extending into our outdoor gathering areas and pavilion. We’ll help you decide which option makes the most sense for the way you want your celebration to unfold.

Your reserved time includes all setup, decorating, vendor arrival, cleanup, and departure. From our experience, we recommend allowing at least one hour for setup and a minimum of 30 minutes for cleanup, depending on your guest count and how elaborate your celebration will be.

We encourage giving yourself a little breathing room on both ends so your event never feels rushed and everything is fully wrapped up within your reserved time.

Soirée offers both indoor and covered backup options, including our pavilion, which can be enclosed if needed. Large black umbrellas are also available onsite for guests. We’ll help you think through a weather plan ahead of time so your celebration can still unfold beautifully.

All setup and decorating must take place within your reserved time unless additional access has been arranged in advance. If you think you’ll need more time, let us know and we’ll be happy to explore additional access options based on availability.

Absolutely. One of the things we love most about Soirée is the freedom to let different parts of your celebration unfold in different settings. You might exchange vows beneath the oaks, gather for cocktails at the bar, then move into the pavilion or indoor space for dinner and dancing. We’ll help you think through the flow and choose the spaces that make the most sense for your day.

Yes. Soirée offers plenty of onsite parking located along the front and side of the property. For celebrations taking place in the garden or outdoor areas, guests can also enter directly through our custom backyard gate, creating an easy and intentional flow from arrival to the celebration.

Not at all. Some clients come to us with every detail mapped out, while others simply know how they want their gathering to feel. Bring us your ideas, inspiration, and guest count, and we’ll help you explore the possibilities throughout Soirée and shape an experience that feels right for you.

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll create a personalized proposal based on the details of your gathering. Your date is officially reserved once your rental agreement is signed and your one third nonrefundable retainer is received. From there, we’ll help guide you through the next steps as your celebration comes together.

Yes. A one third nonrefundable retainer reserves your date, and the remaining balance can be divided into a payment schedule that works best for you. We’re happy to offer flexibility along the way while keeping the planning process simple and clear.
