Reserve soirée by the hour! Perfect for photography sessions but we are also open to “outside” the box rental request! We have had people utilize the space for video branding content, small workshops etc. So please do not hesitate to inquire! In order to fall under this pricing category you must either have 10 or less ppl and no equipment or set up is required by Soirée staff.

Pricing
- Indoor Event Hall featuring exposed beams, voltage ceilings, integrated speakers, dimmable lighting, including 2 chandeliers: 930 sq ft
- 1 acre of breathtaking, established oak trees that offer shade for Soirée’s manicured properties.
- Soirée’s one of a kind green house for a unique backdrop or photo opportunity.
- Bonus 200 sq foot building that features stunning floor to ceiling vaulted windows with 6 unique light pendants.
- Custom designed Men’s & Women’s bathroom buildings.
$70 for 1 hour
$65 per hour for 2-4 hour rental
$60 per hour for 5-7 hour rental
$35 + 30 minutes extra time
$40 cleaning fee deposit will be add to rental cost of studio reservations of 4+ hours

WHAT IF IT RAINS ON OUR WEDDING DAY?
Our venue is unique in that it offers endless photo backdrops regardless if your outdoor but also indoor. Windows, windows, windows no matter what building you’re shooting in! We were very intentional on making sure the color palette was neutral easy for editing and matching any color palette! Plus, our custom one of its kind green houses!

Although you might not be able to get any photos are our land we are confident that you will be able to capture an abundance of photos utilizing both are indoor spaces!

No, your studio reservation will be required to be paid in full at the time of booking.

In the event of cancellation, all payments are non-refundable but can be used towards future studio time as long as your cancellation falls within our cancellation timeframe.

Our indoor space does have integrated speakers throughout the ceiling that are easily accessible with a Bluetooth device.

Only outside. Anyone caught smoking or vaping inside will cause the damage deposit to be forfeited. Please note our fire alarm system is very sensitive and can be set off by smoking/vaping.
